You did an inspection for us in Kureelpa a couple of months back. The report did give us some ammunition and we did purchase the property at $20K less, which was great for us. You’re doing an inspection for our son in Maroochydore tomorrow – Jay, who is a first home buyer.

The building and pest inspection was such an integral part of our house purchase and you completely put our minds at ease. You did not overlook a thing no matter how small or large the problem and not only did you point them out to us but offered insight and options regarding them. Your were 100% inviting us along to the inspection which in itself was a step above previous companies we’ve had and the time and care you took going through each detail really put our minds at ease and left us knowing absolutely what we were getting ourselves into.

Hi Craig, Thanks again for the great inspection on the house we are buying at Aylward Rd, Ningy. We wanted to leave a testimonial. Craig attended to our initial equity immediately and completed in the inspection for within 48hrs. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain to us things that he uncovered in his inspection. Including how the termite treatment system worked at the property we were buying. The report came to us very promptly, he was very friendly and approachable, and he had wonderful after sales service. We got great explanations of what the issues were and how to address them. We will not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who desires a very thorough pest and building inspection.

We asked Craig to undertake the Building and Pest inspections on a property on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The report was far more comprehensive and less \”proforma\” style than reports we have had from other inspectors previously. The report was very useful but more importantly, we were able to talk through the issues with Craig a number of times subsequently. He was very happy to do this and our conversations were not short ones. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone who wants a clear, comprehensive and professional report on a prospective property backed up by as much discussion as necessary.

I used All House Inspections to undertake a Building & Pest inspection prior to listing my house for sale. Craig was extremely thorough. He picked up that termites had been in the property previously. He explained my properties issues in detail and gave me an understanding of the extent of each one. I was able to estimate an approximate cost to have some fixed and I built in a buffer to my sale price just in case I needed to negotiate with the buyers.
